The Manitoba 150 Host Committee is excited to provide non-monetary support (marketing, planning, advisory, etc.) to organizations across the province that are celebrating our province’s anniversary.
Manitoba 150 is for everyone, and these organizations demonstrate that a little enthusiasm goes a long way!

Ironman Outdoor Curling Bonspiel presented by Cambrian Excavators Ltd. announced a new location for 2020 – Memorial Park, Winnipeg. The Bonspiel raised over $17,500 for Heart and Stroke Foundation, their highest amount ever. They welcomed 60 teams outside in the cold in front of the Legislature.

In addition to offering free admission for individuals and families throughout 2020, Le Musée de Saint-Boniface Museum (MSBM) will also provide free programming on Sundays in July and August at two locations – the Cemetery & Cathedral site and MSBM.
MSBM is also a check in point on Manitoba 150’s Explore 150 app!
Volunteer Manitoba, in partnership with RBC Future Launch and Manitoba 150, have created a program that gives young Manitobans, ages 18-29, an opportunity to showcase their community through creative storytelling.
The MB 150 Youth Ambassadors have chosen stories that are varied and diverse, and profile local celebrities, champions, historical or current events, and places/things that have put their community on the map. To learn more about the MB 150 Youth Ambassadors, and their unique projects click here!
The Canadian Museum for Human Rights invited young artists from all over Manitoba to be part of an exciting art challenge that promotes human rights and celebrates Manitoba 150!
